What happened: To whom it may concern at Bank of America. **This is a letter for guarding my complaint against David’s Bridal. **On February **, **** I went into the David’s Bridal location on ** W. **th St. I was in this location looking for a dress that I need to wear on March **, ****.**Upon finding the dress that I needed, alterations were needed to make the dress a perfect fit and I paid over $*** in addition to the $*** for the dress. **I returned to the David’s Bridal location or March *, **** to try on my dress and pick it up to make sure everything was customized way I need it to be. As I take the dress out of the garment bag, I noticed that the dress look like it was damaged they were spots, scrapes and there was a pen mark on the back of the dress. **I addressed these complaints to management and he refused to refund me for the damage the store’s alterations department caused. I will never shop at this location again.

What happened: I bought my Dress several months ago. I had a alterations appointment and they called last week to change it. I changed everything around and retold all my friends who were coming. I was set to get altered again and today they called and canceled again. I get married in ** days and this has happened twice now. I have been in contact with the corporate office waiting on a phone call back to them from them. I would appreciate this phone call they have had my daughter in tears crying shaking and very upset. I also asked for the region manager‘s name and phone number she’s telling me she don’t have it you just have to send an email through to the corporate and they’ll reach out to her knowing that is a lie.

What happened: I am here warn the next bride about Davids Bridal. I purchased ** bridesmaids dress from them *******. Mid December I get a call saying that **** of my dresses were misplaced. They had delivered the *st dress to the wrong address & SOLD my *nd dress. After about * weeks of going back and forth they were able to replace * dress. Because they had SOLD the *nd dress and the next shipment wouldn’t arrive unt after my wedding, I was forced to change my dresses. Now, * week before my wedding, & the new dresses (a style they suggested was very close to my other dress) is in & looks horrible! Every time I call the store (San Felipe loc) the store manager is never there && the “floor managers” that they have are rude & unprofessional. I have asked for a FULL refund of my dresses and now they are saying they can only give me a partial refund. I gave already reached out to my family’s attorney to now resolve this.
